TOTÒ AND BIAGIO, PROTAGONISTS OF A HAPPY ENDING STORY ... WITH SOME ERRORS ON OUR PART!
Roberta from Genova commissioned us a custom comic for her boyfriend Antonio and her inseparable four-legged friend, Biagio.
Totò has three great passions: Roberta, his curly-haired companion, Biagio his faithful dog and Napoli.
To these is added the love for comics and in particular for the Disney style and for the Japanese manga. What better opportunity, Roberta thinks, to enclose all these great passions in a single, unrepeatable and phantasmagoric personalized comic in which Biagio, the little dog, engages in a series of Pokémon-style challenges facing fearsome opponents from the world of sports and cartoons.
Here then is that Roberta finds us thanks to Google and happens on our site ilmiofumetto.it.
After filling out the contact form, we will reply with a quote and the request to send us the most important information: number of scenes, characters, coloring technique, type of printing and deadline.
As always, everything happens with ease and great speed, thanks to WhatsApp.
The writing of the script is quite easy and, after a couple of draft versions, we arrive at the final version.
Roberta is extremely collaborative and enthusiastic, in a short time the work team is constituted and we start with the preparatory sketches. Once the designer who is closest to the required style has been hired, the cartoons are created and in less than 10 days you are ready to move on to coloring.
We keep Roberta continuously updated on developments and submit each draft to her so that she is always satisfied with the work done. Finally we move on to the layout and less than three weeks after the assignment we are ready to go to print.
So far it seems like a story with a happy ending, just like the one told in the comic, or like the ones that have appeared so far in this blog.
But this time we want to tell you a different story, which talks about mistakes made and customer service.
In fact, we too sometimes make mistakes and in this case we forgot to include in the print layout ... the last two cartoons !!
And the worst thing is that it was Roberta who noticed it!
Unsatisfied customer equals customer refunded. Ergo we try to find a solution that satisfies Roberta and allows her to deliver her personalized comic on time.
Luckily we were so fast that there is enough time left to fix the mistake and get back to print with the corrected version. Indeed, Roberta even takes the opportunity to add new scenes and thus enrich an already quite full-bodied comic.
