ROSA AND THE LADDER: IDEA FOR A SHORT CARTOON AS A GIFT
Rosa contacts us from sunny Sicily because she has decided to give a gift to a person she cares very much about: her old head nurse. The profession of nurse, as we know, requires commitment, preparation and a spirit of sacrifice. All qualities that Rosa possesses… thanks to Innocenza who forged her for this profession to the sound of reproaches and shouted orders in the corridors of the Polt Surgery ward. The two spent 4 tiring years but also full of satisfaction and despite the intemperance, Rosa has grown very fond of Innocenza. So when their destinies were divided and Rosa changed hospital, she wanted to pay homage to her with a short personalized comic that told about their years of work together in a few funny cartoons.
The drawings are by Marianna, who perfectly combined comic moments with moments of great friendship and emotions. The comic was printed on a framed picture and delivered directly to Rosa's home, ready to give an emotion of… hospitalization :-)!
